Open a question to see the answer. If your implementation has a country-specific requirement, contact the CashERP team before going live.
01Can one account manage different companies?+
Yes. Each company has its own industry, records, settings, locations and access permissions. Package limits determine how many companies may be created.
02Will every employee see every module?+
No. A page appears only when the company has the relevant capability and the active user has permission to use it.
03Can a company operate from multiple locations?+
Yes. Locations sit inside a company and can carry separate stock, transactions, staff access and operational reporting.
04Does CashERP replace local regulatory advice?+
No. CashERP provides configurable controls and auditability; each organisation must configure applicable tax, privacy, clinical, education and licensing rules.
05Can data be imported?+
Yes. Supported imports use templates, validation, preview, error reporting and controlled commit steps.
06Can documents be customised?+
Company administrators can configure supported titles, numbering and layouts while preserving required financial and audit information.
07Does every plan include a trial?+
Yes. Every published industry plan includes a 14-day trial so your team can validate the relevant workflows before committing.
08Which payment methods are supported?+
CashERP supports Stripe, PayPal and DPO for online checkout when configured, plus verified offline payments recorded by a platform administrator.
09Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately. Downgrades are validated against current users, locations and industry capacity before the next billing term.
10Are billing terms flexible?+
Yes. Industry plans may be paid monthly, quarterly, every six months or annually without changing the features or capacity of the selected tier.
11Is demo data real company data?+
No. Clearly marked demo records are illustrations only and can be edited or deleted before you begin operating with real records.
12How is company data protected?+
Company, location and role boundaries are enforced independently. Users see only the records and actions permitted in their active company.
